Spring Replacement
Measured for the door in front of us, wound with bars — never screwdrivers — and balance-tested by hand with the opener disconnected.
Opener Installation & Repair
Diagnose before replacing. If a repair is the honest answer, we repair. If a replacement is, we install it to UL 325 and set the travel limits the right way.
General Repairs
Cables, rollers, tracks, hinges — checked as a system. We repair only what's actually wrong.
Proactive Maintenance
The 17-point inspection run on a schedule instead of after a failure. Balance, travel, rollers, cables — all written down.
Door Replacement
When a door is past the point of honest repair. Full installation, squared and weather-sealed, to manufacturer spec.

Our service call is $169 — travel, arrival, the 17-point inspection, and up to twenty minutes of skilled labor. It isn't a free estimate; it's a professional diagnostic visit. You'll know what's wrong and what it costs to fix before any additional work begins.
