Cables — When a spring breaks, cables often come off their drums or fray on one side. We replace in pairs, so tension stays even.
Rollers — Worn or seized rollers create noise, friction, and uneven tracking. We replace the full set, not just the noisy ones — a new roller next to a tired roller is still an uneven door.
Tracks — Bent or misaligned tracks cause binding, grinding, and uneven travel. We straighten or realign to manufacturer spec. If the track is past straightening, we say so.
Hinges — Cracked hinges let panels shift and transfer stress to adjacent hardware. We replace the damaged hinge and check the two above and below it for the same fatigue.
Weatherseals — Bottom and side seals keep rain, insects, and salt air out. Worn seals are a small repair with a big effect on the rest of the system.
Off-Track Doors — A door that's jumped its track is a safety hazard. We reset it carefully, then identify why it came off so it doesn't happen again.
What this means for you: the repair you called about is the starting point, not the whole job. Six components sit on the 17-point checklist; we check all of them.
