$449 for a single spring (doors up to 175 lbs) or $599 for a pair (doors up to 380 lbs) — service call included, with a 1-year parts and labor warranty. I called Southern Garage Doors when I realized I had a broken spring and my car was stuck in the garage. The response time was almost immediate and we were able to setup an appointment the following morning at 8:00 am. Matthew Knepp the President and co-owner showed up and was a very knowledgeable, honest and pleasure to work with. Today Southern Garage installed our new garage door. Ron Knepp and his son were on time and very professional. They had to replace the wood surrounding the door.
