How These Documents Apply to Your Service
When you book service with us, the appointment confirmation you receive by text or email tells you that keeping the appointment accepts our Terms of Service and links to this page. The Terms of Service, the Warranty Terms and the Privacy Policy in force on the day your work is completed are the ones that govern that job. If you have any question about them, or they do not work for you, call (941) 356-4334 before your appointment and we will help.
Recording of Service Visits
We record audio, video, photographs and location during service visits to your property. We use these recordings to document the work performed, to answer questions about services and billing, to train our team, and to improve the service we provide. Recordings are stored securely, are not sold or shared for advertising, and are kept as part of our service records. If you have any question about recording, or would prefer your visit not be recorded, call us at (941) 356-4334 before your appointment.
Calls to our business number are recorded as well; the recording notice plays at the start of every call (Florida Statute § 934.03).
Versions and Effective Dates
Every document above carries a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of the document. When a document changes, a new version is published with a new effective date and the previous version is kept on file permanently. A job is governed by the versions in force during its service and warranty period — we keep that record for every job so there is never a question about which terms applied.
