What actually happens during the $169 service call? +
The technician arrives in the four-hour window we quoted, walks the door, performs the full 17-point safety inspection, diagnoses the issue, and explains the findings in plain language. Up to twenty minutes of skilled labor is included. If more is needed, you see the full quote before the next step.
What if I decline the repair? +
You owe only the $169 service call. No pressure, no guilt, no follow-up sales calls. You still leave with a clear picture of the door's condition and the written inspection findings.
Do you charge extra for same-day service? +
No. No emergency fees, no rush charges, no after-hours premiums. The price is the price whether you call at 8 AM or 4 PM. Same-day availability is subject to technician availability — see availability conditions.
How does the multi-repair pricing work? +
The first service on the visit is billed at its standalone price (includes the $169 service call). Each additional service is billed at the lower add-on rate. You get the multi-repair rate automatically — we don't require you to ask for it.
Can I negotiate the price? +
No — and that's the whole point. Published pricing means every customer gets the same fair price. Technicians are not incentivized to upsell and cannot give discounts at the door.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
Cash, check, and all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Payment is collected after the work is complete and you've confirmed satisfaction. Payment activates the written warranty the same day.
Do you offer financing? +
We don't currently offer financing plans. For larger projects like a full door replacement, we're happy to provide a written quote in advance so you can plan ahead.
