Just want to let anyone know, Matt and his father Ron are very trusting and true to their word. My garage door was a fickle and then got worse when someone with good intentions, started banging on it to fix it. IT GOT WORSE!. I called Southern Garage Doors when I realized I had a broken spring and my car was stuck in the garage. The response time was almost immediate and we were able to setup an appointment the following morning at 8:00 am. Matthew Knepp the President and co-owner showed up and was a very knowledgeable, honest and pleasure to work with. Today Southern Garage installed our new garage door. Ron Knepp and his son were on time and very professional. They had to replace the wood surrounding the door. They did this in a timely manner and took all the trash away. And their outstanding work was done at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend them! -Ed
