Every visit walks the door from the bottom seal to the opener motor — nine points on the door, eight on the opener, checked and written down before any adjustment.
If a mechanical deficiency or component failure is identified during our 17-point inspection, you will receive a firm, written quote prior to component replacement. No corrective work proceeds without your explicit authorization. Every transaction is governed by fixed, published pricing.
No upsell. The technician is here to inspect and preserve the door — recommendations are limited to genuine mechanical need, never a sales quota.

Just want to let anyone know, Matt and his father Ron are very trusting and true to their word. My garage door was a fickle and then got worse when someone with good intentions, started banging on it to fix it. IT GOT WORSE!.
