What to expect when you Call for Garage Door Repair.
When you call Southern Garage Doors for garage door and opener repair or service here is a brief overview of what to expect.

You will be greeted and speak with Matt or Ron. If we do not answer we are most likely assisting another customer. Please leave a voicemail.

We will ask what general area the property is located in.

We ask you to provide a brief description of what you need or what the issue is with your garage door or opener.

At this point we will get you scheduled as soon as possible or whenever it is convenient for your schedule.

Prior to arriving at the job, you will receive a call or text from us, giving you around a 20-30 minute heads up and to confirm someone over the age of 18 will be present. If possible please have your vehicles out of the garage upon our arrival.

When we arrive we will provide you with a price of everything we can see that needs repaired.

We will complete the work and lubricate your garage door.

At the end of the job, we will go over everything with you. We do require payment upon completion prior to leaving the job.

Please Note: We do require someone over the age of 18 to be present. Also, Our occupation has its hazards, and our technicians are trained and have been fortunate over the years. Safety for everyone on the job, is one of our main goals. We love your fur-buddies, however, we ask that you keep your pets inside the house while we work. We welcome you to watch us work but at the same time we ask you to remain at a minimum of 10 feet away from the area we are working.
